The buildings ranged from Grade II listed buildings to 1970’s purpose-built blocks to relatively modern buildings.
Unlike many of our competitors, we used our own Chartered Building Surveyors to complete all the surveys and used our Excel-based system to present the results. These included detailed assessments of each building allowing the client to prepare detailed budgets on both an individual building and site-wide basis.
