The Spreadeagle Court site, which is considered a ‘gateway’ site for Gloucester City Centre, presented a significant challenge in terms of design, particularly as the existing buildings are considered of historic significance.
As part of the planning consultancy, concept designs were prepared in a 3D format, enabling us to prepare photo montage images, to enable clients and planners to visualise new buildings in the context of the existing surroundings.
