Cheltenham Borough Council vote to implement Community Infrastructure charging schedule.
At a meeting of the full council of Cheltenham Borough , the council voted to implement the community Infrastructure charging schedule as per the recommendation of the Government Inspector.

The charge will be levied upon all chargeable developments in Tewkesbury Borough Gloucester City and Cheltenham Borough permitted on or after 2 January 2019.
Any consent approved prior to the implementation date will not be subject to the levy.
Note: If completion of a S106 agreement delays the issue of an approval notice until after the implementation date then the development will still be chargeable.
