Evans Jones were appointment by Ashford Borough Council to act as Expert Witness.
Evans Jones were instructed at short notice by Ashford Borough Council to act as planning expert witness for a complex enforcement case, which was being dealt with by way of public inquiry.
The case related to the erection of a building for use as a dwelling, which the appellant contested was actually a caravan and thus not a breach of planning control.
We provided a detailed proof of evidence liaising with Counsel (Emmaline Lambert) on constructing the case and acted as expert witness on behalf of Ashford Borough Council, giving evidence at the public inquiry and also assisting Counsel.
