Work has started on the site at Ventura Business Park in Carterton, Oxfordshire, which will see the construction of a new three-storey office building.
Evans Jones are instructed to act as Employer’s Agent, as well as providing Quantity Surveying services for the project.
The development, which is being built by Robert Hitchins Ltd and designed by Roberts Limbrick Architects, will see the construction of a three storey office building, with associated car parking at surface and first floor deck level. It will provide 1,866 square metres of office space and is planned for completion mid 2018.
