Planning Application submitted for new homes in Highnam

The development is planned for 40 dwellings, comprising a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom homes and will bring much-needed new homes to the village of Highnam, Gloucestershire.

The homes will be built to reflect the local character and materials and include extensive landscaping which will protect hedgerows, mature trees and historic field pattern.

The application follows a public consultation period which sought the feedback and ideas of the local community.

The landowners are the Keene Family, who run the well known and long established, Over Farm and Over Farm market.
