A planning application has been submitted to West Oxfordshire District Council for the site in Carterton, Oxfordshire.
Evans Jones are instructed to act as Employer’s Agent, as well as providing Quantity Surveying services for the project.
The site, which is on the Ventura Business Park, situated on Broadshires Way, Carterton and is highly accessible, being centrally located between the M5, M4 and M40 motorway networks.
The development, which is being built by Robert Hitchins Ltd and designed by Roberts Limbrick Architects, will see the construction of a three storey office building, with associated car parking at surface and first floor deck level.
It will provide 1,866 square metres of office space and is planned for completion mid 2018.
